1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the g222k website accessible at g222k.io and all associated services, games, and features operated thereunder.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses its services.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the g222k Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money BDT funds credited to a Player's Account that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or cashback amount credited to a Player's Account under a g222k promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of the Platform, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to Player accounts.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party supplier of casino games or sports betting software integrated into the g222k Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, and NetEnt.
• "Void Bet" means a wager that is cancelled and returned to the Player's Balance, resulting in neither a win nor a loss.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the g222k Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a continuing obligation. g222k may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 14. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The g222k Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account. g222k reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement is not met.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the g222k Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, g222k reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds held therein, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 KYC Verification

g222k may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

3.5 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. g222k will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify g222k immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Currency

All g222k accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform; the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your Balance.

4.2 Account Security

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf. g222k may apply two-factor authentication or OTP verification for new device logins as an additional security measure.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. g222k will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce the account Balance below zero.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with Section 5. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

g222k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and other methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your issuing bank's policies on gaming transactions.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. g222k reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your Balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to credit, depending on inter-bank processing times. g222k does not charge a platform fee on deposits; any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside g222k's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within fifteen (15) minutes as a target for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. g222k reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds as part of standard anti-money laundering procedures.

5.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

g222k applies a return-to-source policy where practicable: withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Where the original method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made subject to additional verification.

5.6 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. g222k will not process deposits from, or withdrawals to, third-party accounts. Any detected third-party transaction may result in account suspension pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by g222k are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion description. Unless otherwise specified, a Wagering Requirement of 30x applies as the platform default.

6.3 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward fulfilling a Wagering Requirement. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply: live casino games 10%, video slots 100%, crash games 50%, table games (RNG) 10%, sports betting 100%. g222k reserves the right to exclude specific games from bonus wagering at any time.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

g222k actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk while fulfilling Wagering Requirements ("bonus hedging"), and exploiting technical errors or promotional miscommunications. Where bonus abuse is detected, g222k reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, forfeit derived winnings, and close the associated account without prior notice.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and Free Spin credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account Balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Provider Rules

Each game available on the g222k Platform is governed by the rules of the relevant Game Provider. These rules are displayed within the game interface. In all cases, the Game Provider's certified RNG outcome or live dealer result is final. g222k does not operate proprietary game logic and is not responsible for Game Provider software behaviour beyond the scope of the integration agreement.

7.2 Sports Betting Markets

Pre-match and in-play betting markets are offered on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports as available. All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. In-play odds are subject to change between the time of bet placement and confirmation; the odds at confirmation are the binding odds.

7.3 Void and Cancelled Bets

g222k reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances: (a) the odds were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error; (b) the underlying event was cancelled or abandoned without a result; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded; (d) a software malfunction affected bet placement or settlement. Voided bets are returned as the original stake to the Player's Balance.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

A maximum single-event payout limit may apply to sports betting markets. The applicable limit is displayed in the market interface. Casino game winnings derived from real-money play (excluding bonus play) are not subject to a platform-level cap beyond the game's own displayed maximum win value.

7.5 Responsible Gambling Stake Limits

Players may apply voluntary stake limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account dashboard. These limits, once set, cannot be reduced in effect for a cooling-off period as described in Section 9.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g222k Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under any identity, whether genuine or fictitious.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are acting on behalf of a person under 21.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted systems to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion would confer an unfair advantage, including but not limited to poker and live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported and are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money in any form.
• Chargebacks, payment fraud, or using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information in relation to a sporting event.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at g222k staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Attempting to access or tamper with the Platform's back-end systems, APIs, or databases without authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

g222k is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, all accessible directly from the account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period. Same cooling-off rules apply as deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off, logins are blocked and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the g222k Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of g222k or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of g222k.

Game content, including graphics, audio, and software, provided by Game Providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. g222k's licence to display such content does not extend any rights to you beyond those required for personal gameplay.

11 Privacy & Data

g222k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the g222k Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, gameplay data, device identifiers, and IP addresses. This data is used to operate the Platform, process payments, conduct KYC verification, comply with legal obligations, and improve Platform services.

g222k applies industry-standard SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using irreversible cryptographic hashing. g222k does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g222k's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform is limited to the amount held in that Player's verified real-money Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

g222k shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (c) losses arising from service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory action; (d) the outcome of any bet or wager once correctly settled by the Platform or the relevant Game Provider.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. g222k does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss of access resulting from technical faults outside g222k's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by g222k

g222k reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Player account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent or criminal activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; multiple account registration; or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or its other Players.

13.2 Investigation Period

During an account suspension, all pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. g222k will conduct an investigation and notify the Player of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Where no breach is found, the account will be restored and any withheld withdrawals will be processed without further delay.

13.3 Permanent Closure by g222k

g222k may permanently close an account and forfeit the Balance where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, including confirmed bonus abuse, confirmed identity fraud, or confirmed criminal activity. Players will be notified of permanent closure by email to their registered address.

13.4 Effect of Termination

On termination or permanent closure, all Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to g222k will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC and AML compliance requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

g222k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially alter Player rights or obligations, may be made without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the application of a bonus, or any other Platform transaction, the Player must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be investigated.

g222k will acknowledge receipt of a written complaint within two (2) business days and will aim to provide a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days of acknowledgement. Where a dispute requires input from a Game Provider or payment processor, the resolution timeline may be extended and the Player will be kept informed.

15.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the authoritative language of this document. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
